"Everything" is an administrative tool that locates files and folders by filename instantly for Windows.
Unlike Windows search "Everything" initially displays every file and folder on your computer (hence the name "Everything").

I can also recommend you Lookeen, especially if you work with Outlook you have two in one: Outlook and Desktop Search! I really like it because it is so easy to use and extremly fast! Unfortunately it is not for free, but maybe someday there will be an free version too, who knows! But I don´t regret that I bought it, because it saves me a lot of times! If you wanna test it, 14 days it is for free http://www.lookeen.net
