well i used to use a exellent anti-malware application named PestPatrol (now CA Anti-Spyware) but went to bloated when CA bought it

i found new exellent replacement anti-malware applications
it realy cleans system, using lowlevel file access

Install Windows Vista/2008/Seven from usbstick

Here is a simple howto install vista/2008/Seven from usbstick etc

1. First you need to make the usbdrive active, open Computer Management, now go to storage, find your usbstick and right click on it, then click on Mark Partition as Active
2. Copy all the content from Windows Install DVD to usbstick
3. Set Your Computer’s BIOS to Boot from USB-HDD
if it wont work you might want to format usbstick as NTFS
now you dont need to burn a new DVD everytime you need to (re)install windows :)
just copy the install files to usbstick

Radeon HD 4870 drops in price

ATI, graphics product group of Advanced Micro Devices, on Friday said it had slashed price of the ATI Radeon HD 4870 graphics card and said that at least one online store will have them available for end-users at $199 price-point for 512MB graphics card. “The price of the ATI Radeon HD 4870 is dropping and we expect that the 512MB and 1GB boards should be available on Newegg today for around $199 and $239 respectively, offering and even more compelling value,” a spokesperson for ATI/AMD said.
